The Golden Triangle with its Petronas Twin Towers as its heart which symbolises the local conscience, or get away from it all and stroll in the city centre Park and see all the shiny sun rays bounce off the 450 metre pleasure dome here which is plastered in grass and silver. Truly a remarkable city. The most expensive shopping area which stocks almost all sorts of items is near the intersection of Jalan Sultan ismail and Jalan, and is locally known as the Bintang Walk and its where the so called party strip can be discovered. Truly a young mans city with a great party atmosphere.

The Central Market not far from Chinatown has everything from fortune tellers to all sorts of curios and passable art. Another great spot for all sorts of Kitsch can be found at Petaling Street which is a half kilometre of shops which together combine to call itself Chinatown. The Chinese have controlled this part of town from what was once full of gambling dens and opium parlours with lots of brothels and all sorts of secret societies, is now a shopping district where one can bring their kids. The Chinese are great deal makers.
